CHARISMA N STYLE - 2011 16hh APHA overo gelding. Owner's health forced an immediate herd dispersal, so we have him in on consignment with signed transfer in hand. Very nice gelding, used for 4H and local shows all summer with youth exhibitor. Successful in western pleasure at lower levels, more suited to ranch or HUS at higher levels with his natural, flowing gaits. Easily maintained at home, same horse with time off. No prep required, ride him off the trailer straight to the show ring. Has the softest back, side passes, neck reins, rides alone or in a group. Lower in pecking order. Grandkids will hop on him bareback and ride him around in a halter. Good for vet, farrier, clipping, bathing, etc. Level-headed. Solid beer drinking/husband horse.

UTD on all cares (teeth, shots, Coggins, feet), no maintenance required. Wears front shoes on rocky terrain. Feeder calf chewed off tail, still growing back. Does have pink skin on face, sells with a UV mask.

Has some "novice person" habits, i.e. a bit pushy on the ground, will try to eat if stopped, will get lazy stepping up to the mounting block, etc. Nothing dangerous or mean, just little things his "kid" who's ridden him most over the last year or so didn't correct. Forgiving, takes a joke. Solid lesson horse, loves everyone he encounters (including cats, dogs, other horses, donkeys, etc.). Has a nice big shoulder with a deep, square hip. As he gets more fit, this is going to be one thick gelding! Plenty of bone and good sized feet to support it.
