Casper is an approximately 22yo gray TB gelding. Stands about 16-16.1hh. Broke, gentle, great ground manners. Came to us very thin, still putting on weight, so have only started lightly riding again. A bit rusty under saddle, but no buck, bite, bolt, or rear. Might not be suitable for a timid first time rider with his big, floaty gaits, but absolutely no meanness to this guy. Loads, lunges, ties, bathes, clips, stands for vet/farrier, etc. Has as tattoo but can’t make it out. Great for leadline rides, heading down the trail, or ponying colts.

Came in a group of emaciated horses, Casper is one of the guys that pulled through. Don’t have much history, came from a disabled lady and hadn’t been ridden in years. Finally has enough weight to start riding. Still needs weight, has zero muscle tone, but is a good, honest horse. Great feet, not much bothers him. Good with traffic, dogs, cats, kids, ATVs, etc.

Gets along with everybody in the pasture, towards the bottom of pecking order. UTD on shots, Coggins, teeth, feet, etc. Now that he’s out of the woods, would like to see him moved to a good home. Located in St. Charles, Iowa. Asking $1,500 obo.
